Summary:
This house, originally dating back to the 12th century, has been beautifully and sympathetically restored by the owners.
Set in 7 hectares of meadow (about 17 acres), bordered by a stream and trees, it is within walking distance of the River Dordogne.
Beautiful views of the Quercy cliffs, very secluded and quiet. Wonderful restaurants in the surrounding villages and towns

An attractive and unusual house, the rooms are long and spacious and, although only having two double bedrooms (situated on the second floor), areas on the ground and first floors can be discreetly screened off to provide extra sleeping accommodation on comfortable double sofa beds and there are tiled bathrooms, with WC's, on each floor. It is extremely tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Superb situation. The whole area is full of amazing bird and wild-life. Ideal for nature lovers

An open-plan spacious lounge perfectly appointed with windows to the east, south, and west, beautiful curtains, comfortable settees, a coffee table, English satellite TV in an oak cabinet, DVD player, CD player with radio, Persian rugs, beamed ceilings, a large (unused) open fireplace, and one double sofa bed.
There is a 2nd bathroom witha bath, an in-bath shower, hand basin, and WC. This bathroom also features a medieval WC in an alcove (not usable).
