Recently re-furbished and re-decorated to a high standard, this charming house, situated in the tiny hamlet of Nadillac in the virtually unexplored department of the Lot, offers all you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday.

Although most of the house is 200 years old, 10 years ago there were some modern extensions added but it still retains its character.

Conveniently close to the N20, there is neither sight nor sound of the motorway.

At the back of the house you will find a sunny, walled terrace overlooking undulating countryside: ideal for al fresco dining. A pathway leads down to the private swimming pool.

The larger than average secluded garden is full of shrubs and fruit trees and guests are invited to enjoy whatever fruit is in season.

Labastide Murat 9km, Cahors 21km, Gourdon 22km

Fully fitted kitchen overlooking the terrace and swimming pool

3 further double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 2 with twin beds. Wardrobes in all rooms.
Lounge with tiled floor, open fireplace, comfortable furniture, TV with sky digibox, DVD and CD player. Country views.
