Situated in the small hamlet of St Pardoux de Dronne and close to the River Dronne, the property is in a private location with extensive gardens and superb views over the beautiful valley beyond.
Although there are some neighbours, the property is not overlooked, is very centrally located and within easy driving distance of Riberac, Perigueux, the medieval market town of Sarlat, and the wine growing region of Bergerac, including the famous small town of St Emilion.
The surrounding area is wonderful, full of small medieval towns, superb walks, canoeing, horse-riding and many other attractions of this lovely area.
